Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL®)
SSCL consultants Lorena Thomas, John Campbell and Grant Isherwood have become ITIL 4 Foundation certified.
The ITIL framework provides industry recognised best practices for IT service management and provides an end-to-end operating model for the creation, delivery and continual improvement of supply chain and technology-enabled products and services.
From a Supply Chain perspective, the certification enables SSCL ITIL practitioners to provide advice and guidance on many commercial, business and technical aspects.
