GRANT ISHERWOOD

Grant first worked with SSCL in 2009 as a specialist in aerospace/defence management with an engineering, logistics and operational focus. Much of his experience covers organisational change management, asset management and business performance as well as process improvement, capability integration, and supply chain support.

Grant consults across the asset/project management space including acquisition policy development, resource optimisation, strategic planning and systems integration. He has been involved in a number of international projects for major capital investment programmes.

Between 2009 and 2015, Grant managed the NH90 helicopter programme for the New Zealand Ministry of Defence in France. Prior to this he held a number of roles at Air New Zealand spanning engineering and maintenance management, quality assurance, cost control, capital procurement, safety and regulatory compliance, aircraft leasing, and business improvement.

Grant holds an MBA from the University of Southern Queensland, a BBS from Massey University and is a Registered Engineering Associate (NZ).
