Rob brings 20 years of experience in business and operations management with industry leaders such as UEB, Fisher & Paykel and Datamail. For the last twelve years he has worked as a business process consultant and has particular skills in inventory management, procurement and contract management. Rob has worked on projects for NZDF, Air New Zealand, Argenta, Compass Group, Genesis, Watercare, Spark Digital, Local Authorities and Government agencies where he has been responsible for current state analysis and development of models for option evaluation. Rob has project managed a number of significant projects including several software implementations as well as business process change management projects.

Rob is well known for his ability to undertake highly complex supply chain analysis and has had direct experience in the audit and design of warehouse and logistics solutions for multiple clients. His key strength is his ability to quickly analyse and identify solutions to the underlying causes of organisational problems.

With a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Chemistry from Auckland University, Rob’s career has been focused on achieving operational excellence in the companies that he has been engaged with. His conceptual understanding of production methodologies and quality assurance have been developed and enhanced by practical experience resulting in exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability.
