Leon joined SSCL in 2019 and brings engineering management experience from the New Zealand Defence Force and the commercial sector.

Leon consults as a technical specialist, which for SSCL has included projects for Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul contract renewal, Safety Case development, and logistics analysis. He has also been embedded in a client’s project team for contract management. 

Leon holds an MSc from the University of Portsmouth and an MPhil from Massey University. He is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) with the Engineering Council (UK) and Member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers (MIMechE).
